DEPOSIT: At time of reservation 3 nights accommodation:
50% for 10 nights or more. During the Christmas season = 50% upon
making reservation, prepayment 45 days prior to arrival date.
COVERAGE: Deposit covers first two and last night
of stay.
CANCELLATION: We must receive notification 30
days before arrival for low season; 45 days before arrival for High season;
60 days Christmas to avoid loss of deposit. In any event, a one-night
cancellation penalty will be applied to cover administration fees.
MINIMUM STAY: 10 days during Christmas period.
SERVICE CHARGE & TAX: 10% service charge and 7%
